A talk with  author and healer Joan Spencer.  Combining her work in holistic healthcare with her passion for helping others in their quest for fulfillment and self-realization, she recently released a new book called “Your Personal Guidance System: Unlock the Door to the Universe and Experience the Magic."
Having received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Arizona School of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, Spencer is dedicated to helping others both heal and connect with their inner selves so that they may weather life’s storms and better navigate life. In "Your Personal Guidance System," she provides tools and techniques to help readers tune into their personal guidance system, an internal roadmap designed to lead each person to their true destiny, and learn how to receive and interpret its messages. Using personal anecdotes, she explains the various methods the guidance system uses to get our attention and demonstrates how following its direction brought her happiness and success.
