But, I’ll tell you a secret. If you’ll spend the time and invest the effort… if you’ll make your team successful … then THEY will eventually make YOU successful.
A lot of companies aren’t thriving, because the leader is trying to be the big success story.
Here’s a spoiler … being a leader … a true, mature, successful leader … involves a few critical elements. These will be incredibly challenging, but also very rewarding.
