Chris Roden

Chris is a Managing Director resident in our Arizona office. Chris is an experienced investment banker, risk manager and private equity investor. His experience spans multiple countries and continents as a former Managing Director for Citibank in the Middle East and North Africa. Based in Switzerland, Chris was also Global Market Manager for Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Following his years at Citibank, he was founder and CEO of Seabridge Capital, LLC in Westport, Connecticut. Seabridge was an alternative investment fund with interests in private equity, real estate, venture capital and mezzanine opportunities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance & Investments, both from The George Washington University.

Jeffery Mastro

Jeffrey grew up in the restaurant business with his father and brother before completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and then to Law School at University of San Diego. From there Jeffrey moved on to Georgetown University to complete his Tax LL.M. Jeffrey joined the Company in 2002 as the Company¹s president and now CEO. Over the years Jeffrey went through the ranks of management and gained the knowledge he needed to become the President of the Mastro¹s Steakhouse brands and the co-founder of Steak 44. Jeffrey resides in Scottsdale with his wife and three sons.
