The Ohio State Buckeyes went on the road to play Rutgers in what was supposed to be a competitive game. It was not, in fact, a competitive game.
The Buckeyes jumped out to a 45-6 halftime lead and cruised to a 52-13 lead.
CJ Stroud looked every bit the star quarterback he has been hyped up as. TreVeyon Henderson had another long touchdown run. Chris Olave rebounded from a couple of quiet weeks to put up a two-touchdown performance. And the defense was solid throughout.
So is this team now a legitimate threat to not only make the College Football Playoff, but make a run to the title?
