It is not about equality, or expediency, or even what makes the most sense. It is about one thing and one thing only and that’s safeguarding and ensuring what God has given each and every human being. Man calls them rights. Our Constitution says they are inalienable and ensures that they are protected.
There are, however, or at least can be, a difference between God given rights and man given rights. Our constitution frames God given rights as a right to life. The right of liberty. And the right to pursue happiness. Those things apply to everyone.
But what about man given rights?
