After suffering a devastating injury in 2016 Noelle had to adjust after losing her leg, not knowing if she would be able to walk again.
Fast forward a few years later, and Noelle is not only running in the 2021 Paralympics, but she has started her own foundation to help athletes receive prosthetics.
