"Rowdy" Roddy Piper was in WCW for one reason: To take the WCW Title off of Hollywood Hogan. But do Hogan and the New World Order have an ace card up their sleeves? At this event, (which Main Event Mark, Greg, was at live) he got that opportunity. Because the show took place at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, Piper decided to "get into the right headspace" by spending a week in the abandoned Alcatraz prison off the shores of SF.
