How valuable would it be if you knew 4 tips to confidently make the ask for things you want in your life? How good will it feel to be the bravest version of yourself to ASK for the things you want? 😅

We get stuck in the idea that we can muscle through and do it ALL on our own and we literally exhaust ourselves. Why do we NOT ask for help?? For a raise? For more romance? Just bc flowers? A babysitter? Referrals for clients!!!????

I am naturally an assertive person AND I remember cringing at times being out to dinner with my mom when I was young and the way she would send things back or asked for things when we would be at a restaurant that would literally make me want to run away and HIDE bc I felt embarrassed by it.

In hindsight, she was teaching me a super valuable lesson to SPEAK UP for what I need and want, even if I didn’t agree with it at the time.

Ask and you shall receive. The secret? You won’t know until you ask.
