“I have a team that I work with. I work with a team of sale or territory managers, and so I’m not their direct manager, but I work with a team of them. So I try to use some of those skills with them when I’m trying to figure out how, each one of them approaches their work differently so I try to use that with them.”

Our guest on this episode of My Veterinary Life Podcast is Dr. Jamie Pribyl. Dr. Pribyl is a professional services veterinarian at Boehringer Ingelheim. Prior to this she was in equine practice. Today is a final episode in our series highlighting Veterinary Leadership Institute Trek.
