The Hunger Diaries has viral videos all over the net. There’s no way you don’t know about her. You’ve seen this trailblazer on your favorite cooking channels as well. Lindsay is known widely for her infamous mukbang/asmr videos where she over indulges on the most enticing comfort foods. But in crazy portions. From giant pretzels to homemade rigatoni she isn’t shy about it. But how does she stay SO trim while devouring her favorite treats? Check out this exclusive with Ms CEO on her latest venture :)

About CakeToo Fitness: I’m Lindsay, the eater (and stomach) behind The Hunger Diaries! The number one question I get asked is how I eat the way I do and stay in shape. This is a question I struggled to find the answer to for years, and now that I know how to do it, I want to share what I’ve learned with all of you!

My fitness journey started in 2013 when I joined CrossFit. I fell in love with the idea of not having to think about a single thing — just show up, get told what to do, get your booty kicked, and go home, all in an hour’s time. My body shape completely changed, I felt and looked better than I ever had, and I got really strong. It was amazing. But… CrossFit can be really expensive, and I didn’t always have time to make it to the scheduled classes, or have time to go to the gym at all. That’s when I reached out to Coach Corey, a trainer and friend, about how we could solve this problem, all while giving you an easy-to-follow program that teaches you to eat like me and stay in shape!

After many months in the making, we’re proud to offer you a program with the high intensity interval training of CrossFit, with strength and core building exercises that can be done anywhere, at home or at the gym, all within 30-45 minutes. So no matter how big your budget is, or how little time you have at the end of the day, you have the opportunity to get a great workout without having to think about a single thing. And here’s the best part — not only will these workouts change your body shape and make you stronger, happier, and more confident… they will let you EAT MORE FOOD. It’s all about that in vs out, folks.

So, does more food mean eating more boring food? Heck no! If you’ve seen my videos, and my guess is, if you’re here, you have… you know that I’m NOT into boring food. Eating plain chicken with rice and broccoli every meal would be my own personal hell, and I would never subject anyone else to that torture either. CakeToo will teach you how to eat the foods you love and look great, all at the same time. Kinda like having your cake and eating it too, wouldn’t you say? 🙂

So, that’s what we’re gonna do here. We’re gonna sweat, get stronger and happier, and get excited about eating MORE not-boring deliciousness while we do it. Sound good? It tastes good too…
