For 10 Years, Adam served in the U.S. Army and finished his career as a Black Hawk Pilot and Company Commander. Now, he has combined his professional experience as a Project Manager, Army Pilot, and Consultant for Fortune 500 companies to empower business leaders with communication frameworks so they can finally access their leadership potential.

In February 2020, he founded Mountain Movers Consulting to help ex-uniformed men and women adjust to civilian life. Adjusting to civilian life and gaining motivation to win again and rise up to become a leader.
