On April 3, 2020, Broward Chief Judge Jack Tuter addressed the legal community in a Zoom forum concerning changes to the civil division in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Judge Tuter stated that the Broward Courts have 100 Zoom accounts, that no attorney has a reasonable objection to using Zoom, in addition to other information pertaining to keeping the wheels of the civil justice system turning.
