I was taught the conscious is 10 % if our brain, and the subconscious is 90% of the brain. That can’t be true! It’s an old wives tale that we only use 10% of our brain at one time. Science has proven up to 30% usage at times. And the subconscious is not just the brain it is also part of the body. Because the storage system contains memories in parts of the body, not just the grey matter.
Finally I was taught initial sensitizing events gives you an excuse to say I am the way I am because I was beaten by my mom. NI YOU’RE NOT!!
