In 1993, the women of Frankston were terrorized by a man with murder on his mind. By the end of his two-month spree, three women would have lost their lives in the most horrible manner. Paul Denyer was a 21-year-old man with a hatred for women that would lead him to become one of the most feared and evil serial killers in Melbourne history.
