One Florida driver just found out that his genius plan to skate the DUI laws was..... maybe the most moronic excuse yet!
Earl Stevens, 69, from Vero Beach, CA was pulled over after another driver called police to report he bumped her car in the McD's drive thru. When police caught up with Stevens he reaked of booze, eyes blood shot and glassy, and he had a 5th of bourbon in the passenger seat next to him. Was he drinking and driving?
"No!" is what he told police when they questioned him. "[He] only tooks swigs at stop signs and traffic signals", when the car wasn't moving! #SafteyFirst right?
