In the 1st half of the My 3 Subs podcast,  Brodee and Tim look at soccer scores and news from around the world.

Because of the spread of the Coronavirus, many matches and leagues across Europe have been impacted.  Which clubs and countries are (currently) impacted most?  During this episode, they review the latest details.

She Believes, and so do we!  The US Women's National Team has been hard at work on the pitch.  Find out how things went.

Although Chicharito is a true soccer star, the Galaxy looks out of sorts.  Tim and Brodee have MLS reviews from LA to New York City (and everywhere in between).

A consistent performer, Tim Howard has been a superstar for club and country.  Howard retired in December then signed on as Sporting Director for USL Championship side Memphis 901 FC.  Despite this new job (as well as title of Minority Owner), Howard is a goalkeeper again!  Tim Van Horn was on the play-by-play call for ESPN+ and CW30 Memphis .  Brodee and he discuss how things went in this monumental comeback.

You'll also get the latest transfer rumors as well as injury updates.

In this week's second half, Tim Van Horn and Brodee Scott are talking youth soccer.  They are joined by Ellen Robards and Bernardo Ferreira from Play Where You Stay.  Robards and Ferreira are just two of the many people hoping to positively impact the lives of kids.  They believe soccer games can happen anywhere there’s a ball.

Play Where You Stay is a developmental soccer program for kids in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. This Memphis-based organization connects soccer coaches and equipment with children and open space.  In order maximize available space and funding, they identify disused lots or park space within neighborhoods and set up weekday afternoons.

It costs $10/week for as much coaching and as many days as kids want. That means he or she can come up to 5 days a week. Enrollment is rolling, which means players can sign up to join whenever their schedule allows. No one is turned away who can’t pay.

Ellen and Bernardo talk about the early growth of the program.  It is expanding to many more fields.  Despite its short history, the organization has already witnessed stories of team and personal triumphs.  Because of its rapid growth, donations of time, equipment and money are needed.  Ellen and Bernardo tell the guys how listeners can help.
