The M's' season is over, and the team managed to win 89 games, but still missed the MLB playoffs yet again. It's been 17 years since the team's last playoff appearance, meaning there are kids in high school right now who are old enough to drive, who weren't even alive the last time the team made it that far. There's a lot that has gone wrong, but one thing, plain and simple, is that the M's need to scout, draft, and develop better. So what's the plan for the team at this point?
