In order to move Erasmo Ramirez onto the 25-man roster, the M's had to make a choice. Someone had to go, and the team decided to option Guillermo Heredia to AAA Tacoma, leaving 44-year-old Ichiro Suzuki on the team. The move has received a ton of criticism, but there are some legitimate reasons why the team might have done this. Is it really going to make that big of a difference if Ichiro stays up for another ten days?
