As we prepared for the show, the fire alarm forced us to flee the building. Was there an actual emergency? Of course not, but three firetrucks and a battalion chief showed up anyway when they could have been responding to accidents caused by the ice. Nonetheless, we returned ready to talk college basketball with Gary Parrish. He explains why the Dawgs aren't ranked (Pac-12), how important the Arizona game is on Thursday, and why it DOES matter if your team is ranked. The Seattle Times says the Huskies are predicted to be a 7 (seed) and that the AP (voters) haven't noticed, but if you do the math, they're exactly where they should be.
