Sometimes, fans have a tendency to get irrationally upset, bitter, and stubborn. Take the Mariners for example. Yes, the better part of the last two decades have been frustrating, but logic dictates that a tear-down and rebuild is the only way to make a real difference, and the M's have done that. Yes, it's going to take some time, and it might be longer than one would hope, but doing what we were doing before simply wasn't going to work. Still, many fans are lashing out. Next, the arena isn't necessarily what we all wanted, but it's happening. We're getting a brand new building, an NHL team, and hopefully another NBA team down the road. Let's all just take a deep breath. So, how is that arena coming along? The only thing left is the roof, and the new building is about to take shape. With a complete update, the executive vice president of construction for the Oak View Group, Ken Johnson. On Something Good, a man who suffered a serious injury on the ice in high school gets a job with the LA Kings, and a beer company in Florida puts pictures of adoptable dogs on bottles to help them find forever homes.
