Kristi Burton-Brown recaps the CBS 4 Denver story on the confrontation between a group led by Tay Anderson and Denver Police. The Denver school board director was downtown protesting the removal of homeless encampments on the state capitol grounds. DPD then attempted to move the protesters from their position at the gated entry to the area being secured, at which point Anderson lost his balance and fell to the ground. Anderson tells Ryan Schuiling that he suffered a concussion during the skirmish, and was briefly hospitalized. Were the DPD guilty of using excessive force? Dan and Kristi discuss.
