When Governor Jared Polis announced in a joint press conference with Denver mayor Michael Hancock that the city had accepted the relocation of Major League Baseball's All-Star Game from Atlanta, Georgia, we found out that baseball was indeed the 'cure' for COVID-19. Now, we're finding out it also helped light a fire under Hancock to clear out the homeless from Denver's downtown streets. But now, that problem has sprawled into surrounding neighborhoods in areas around the city itself.
