First, Vice-President Kamala Harris stunningly compared the events of that day to the attacks on Pearl Harbor and September 11th. Then, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi turned it all into political theater - literally - by bringing in Lin-Manuel Miranda and members of the 'Hamilton' cast to sing 'Dear Theodosia' before discussion of the day.
