Another wild afternoon begins with Governor Jared Polis issuing, by fiat, that bars and restaurants in Colorado must stop serving alcohol at 10pm. Somehow, this is supposed to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Blake Street Tavern owner Chris Fusilier isn't buying it, and tells Dan he plans to fight it with a restraining order through the courts.
