Meandering and wobbling his way through 9/11 ceremonies on Saturday, President Joe Biden very noticeably did not give a formal speech to commemorate the twenty years that had passed since the United States tragically lost nearly 3,000 souls in the worst terror attack ever on American soil. He did, however, take time to remove his mask and yell incoherently at someone at a Ground Zero event, and spoke incoherently about boxing Donald Trump, Florida, and Robert E. Lee with reporters.
