Welcome to This Edition of RiversZen Today for Monday, October 29th, 2018

The news of the day: A new week and a new focus . . . upper body. Still so many options . . . hands and wrists, forearms, delts, biceps and triceps, rotators, pec, shoulder blades, rhomboids, lats, traps . . . all those little muscles supporting the vertebrae called multifidi and the intercostals between the ribs . . . oh my . . . and don’t forget our breath and . . . wait for it . . . abdominals . . . for all of you who attended Kim’s class on Saturday . . . you may still feel the memory of 20 minutes of obliques . . . I was sorry I wasn’t there. So get ready to give a little love to your upper body with some good support from your lower body.

Any upper body challenges come to mind for you? Feel free to share them and we will work toward including them in this week’s classes and posts.
