Bishop Ronald Reed of Columbus, Ohio, is establisher of Manna-Fest Christian Cathedral International and a student/teacher at Victorious Living Bible Institute, Waycross, Georgia.

Bishop Reed was born again in 1977, licensed to preach in 1979 and ordained in 1983. Later he was inducted into the Joint College of Bishops and has ordained and appointed other pastors, bishops and apostles. He is a very thorough teacher of the Word of God and handles God's word with a great level of integrity.
