Casey, I never look for comments here. Only saw this by chance. Several others have pointed this out. I think you are correct - IF you make payments from the investments. I was assuming payments out of current cash flow and not removing money from the investment. I will have to go back and listen but I was trying to say this would only work if 1) You have the cash 2) You could invest the money in the market and not touch it. 3) Payments made from current cash flow and not from the investment. a) On this point, I could have been more clear about my assumption. b) maybe it is an unrealistic assumption.
