Stewart tells Freddie, Trade and Bob the logic & reasoning behind the letter that he and Linda Toscano composed and signed along with over 200 prominent harness racing industry participants in support of the Horse Racing Integrity and Safety Act. Steve states that if our industry does not change course and immediately get behind this bill, the animal welfare organizations will end Harness Racing. The past has proven that every time we’ve opposed the thoroughbreds, we have lost…., and when we aligned with the runners, it's been a win-win situation for all racing breeds.
