Step is an amazing Yogi based in NYC as she works on her masters at the Sprituality Mind Body Institute at Teacher College, Columbia University. I recenlty attended one of Steph's workshops in Denver on Yoga for Anxiety & Stress Reduction and it was an amazing experience that allowed me clear some of the stress and gave me some new tools help with the day to day noise that rumbles between my ears.
