Opening Session - Heralds of Eternity - Tabula Rasa Online Retreat with David Hoffmeister and Frances Xu

Jesus is saying in A Course in Miracles that there is no universal theology, but there is a universal experience, and he's encouraging us to go for the experience. If you find theology or metaphysics helpful, incredible. Suppose you see things in psychology, education, or poetry as applicable, excellent. But our focus is when we're talking about the Heralds of Eternity, on a direct experience. We're not focusing on concepts. We're not focusing on the scaffolding because the Spirit can use lots of different scaffolding. I rather have a direct experience of who I am as Christ and a direct experience of God. So, in the end, that's why lesson 189 says, forget this world. Forget this course and come with fully empty hands into your God. We're just a band of seeming people worldwide focused on the experience.

Enjoy David Hoffmeister and Frances Xu's opening session for this monthly Tabula Rasa weekend online retreat with the topic 'Heralds of Eternity'.

Love Francis Xu's first comment - yes he's still saying that right now!! Yes. Time and Eternity David agreed. Know which one I go for. It's about Conviction right?! I agree too that hallucination is a better way to underStand the premise of illusion. Because we know we're living here but hallucination represents it better. Thanks for this🙏🏼❤
