In this episode I dive into how money was spoken about when I was growing up and how that influenced much of the issues I had around and with money - things like 'feast or famine', neer having enough, deep co:dependency.... And then I talk about the awakening I had in regards to money and what that looked and felt like at the time and now. I speak about self-sourced safety, feeling neutrality around and with money, even when it all goes away.
