Memories Reunited: A Maastricht Reunion

Story Transcript:
Nl: De klokken van de Sint-Servaaskathedraal waren net klaar met luiden toen Klaas en Nelle de kerk uitstapten.
En: The bells of St. Servatius Cathedral had just finished ringing as Klaas and Nelle stepped out of the church.

Nl: Ze waren al van kinds af aan bevriend en nu als volwassenen waren ze vastbesloten om samen hun oude herinneringen opnieuw te beleven.
En: They had been friends since childhood and now as adults, they were determined to relive their old memories together.

Nl: Klaas en Nelle waren naar hun geboorteplaats Maastricht gekomen om naar de kerk te gaan en bij te praten met hun oude vrienden.
En: Klaas and Nelle had come to their hometown of Maastricht to attend church and catch up with their old friends.

Nl: Toen ze de kerk verlieten, maakten ze al plannen voor een reünie.
En: As they left the church, they were already making plans for a reunion.
