Es: Alejandro y María estaban sentados en un bar en España, riendo mientras compartían tapas con amigos.
En: Alejandro and María were sitting in a bar in Spain, laughing as they shared tapas with friends.

Es: Había muchos platos en la mesa, pero todos estaban demasiado ocupados charlando y riendo para pensar en la comida.
