Story Transcript:

Es: Juan, María y José eran tres amigos que vivían en México.
En: Juan, María and José were three friends who lived in Mexico.

Es: Todos querían aprender a bailar salsa, pero siempre terminaban pisándose los pies.
En: Everyone wanted to learn how to salsa dance, but they always ended up stepping on each other's feet.

Es: Un día, decidieron ir a una fiesta donde habría un concurso de salsa.
En: One day, they decided to go to a party where there would be a salsa contest.

Es: El ganador recibiría un gran premio en efectivo y una cena gratis en el restaurante más famoso de la ciudad.
En: The winner would receive a grand cash prize and a free dinner at the most famous restaurant in the city.

Es: Juan era el primero en pisar la pista de baile, pero tan pronto como comenzó la música, su pie derecho se enredó con el izquierdo de María.
En: Juan was the first to step onto the dance floor, but as soon as the music started, his right foot got tangled with Maria's left.

Es: María tropiezo y casi cae.
En: Maria stumbled and almost fell.

En: However, there was a couple who didn't know how to dance like the rest but seemed to be enjoying the music.

En: Friends approached them and introduced themselves.
