Info
In this episode, Mike welcomes United States Marine Corps. veteran, physique competitor and trainer, Bryan MacBeth to the show for a discussion on how the gym, and training in general, can be a source of saving one’s life. Not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. This episode is designed for non-military civilians to gain an understanding of the traumas and stresses that can occur after service, and how they're handled. An additional purpose of this episode is to educate those quick to judge the fitness space as straight narcissism and vanity, that in many cases, there's a much deeper meaning to it all that supersedes what's seen in the mirror or social media.
