In the practice, you will declare your sankalpa(a strong heart-felt desire, wish, prayer). Following your sankalpa, you will be guided through a body scan and witness the polarities of heat and cold. Next will be a guidance of rapid visualizations and a longer visualization to connect you with the inner alignment of the masculine and feminine.
