Solomonster reviews WWE Monday Night Raw for August 28th, a solid effort heading into Payback this Saturday with several long matches, including a Falls Count Anywhere main event with Becky Lynch and Zoey Stark. Gunther laid down the challenge for Raw next week to defend his Intercontinental title against Chad Gable, and there's plenty to say about the decision to hold the match off the PPV for TV instead.
