Well, what is well being?
Well being is all about how people see and feel about themselves and this is going to directly affect how they think and behave.
A persons well being has an impact on all aspects of life whether personal or professional.
It can be difficult to nail down what well being really means and it can be influenced by internal and external factors.
Work, relationships and finances all have an impact on our well being and there are many things you can do to improve how you feel within yourself.
This show will take you straight into a short relaxation and the affirmations so you don't have to listen to me chattering on every time you listen.
