2 Peter 1 talks about the power of God and the importance of living a godly life. It begins by explaining that through God's divine power, we have been given everything we need for life and godliness. The chapter then goes on to encourage us to supplement our faith with qualities such as virtue, knowledge, self-control, steadfastness, godliness, brotherly affection, and love. These qualities will help us to become more like Christ and lead us to a fruitful life.
