In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with debut author Katie Shepard, also known as Shep. We discussed her journey from being a fangirl and gamer to becoming a published author with her first book, "Bear With Me Now," coming out in April. We also talked about the loneliness of writing original stories compared to the community feel of writing fan fiction. Katie shared her love for historical romance, science fiction, and fantasy, as well as her top vampire book recommendations.
