In this episode of the What to Read Next podcast, I had the pleasure of talking with author Christopher Rice about his journey into writing male-male romance under the pen name C Travis Rice. We discussed how he discovered the genre, his decision to create a pen name, and his Saphire Cove series. Christopher shared how writing romance during lockdown provided a much-needed escape and how he plans to continue writing in both romance and thriller genres. We also chatted about the importance of surrendering to the creative process and not attaching ourselves to outcomes or expectations.
