This week I'm talking to Kevin Randle about his book 'Understanding Roswell'.

Understanding Roswell is the first book that dives deeply into the backgrounds of the witnesses, examines the evidence with a dispassionate eye and tells the story in a comprehensive fashion. Kevin D. Randle is a retired lieutenant colonel who served in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot and in Iraq as a battalion intelligence officer. He began writing for UFO magazines and eventually moved onto books. A goal had been to publish science fiction and to join the Science Fiction Writers of America. He has appeared on countless radio and television programs in the mid-1990s hosted his own show on KTSM Radio in El Paso, Texas. To prove that he hasn't been stuck in a rut, he has written books about UFOs, science fiction, action adventure and even a vampire novel called, cleverly, VAMPYR.
