There is a lot people have to say about Kanye West. Some good, some bad, and some questionable. One thing I can say after watching his documentary is that he might have been ahead of his time.

There are the typical takeaways you get from his documentary that translate to success such as consistency, persistence, and belief in himself. In this podcast episode, I am going to take a different approach and expound on my thoughts of success that you can learn from Kanye. A few are your common keys, but I have some that in my Becoming fashion will show how his story is the epitome of Becoming.

Kanye was one who had a strong belief in who he is and what he is purposed to do. In his journey he didn’t let others define him and his future. He held fast to his vision for his life and never wavered from his dreams.

His mom kept him grounded and his faith in God kept him from having a Plan B. Even when a car accident would threaten to end his career, his will and determination to not be stopped caused him to heal and create music that would change the rap game.

We can all learn from Kanye’s story of what it means to become who you are supposed to become to do what you are purposed to do so you can live out your dreams. What it means to never stop and never give. And what it means to continue to take your life to the next level.
