In 2013, we decided to consolidate our various companies into one, Dallan, through mergers by incorporation. So, following the acquisition of the minority stakeholders’ shares, we managed to complete the whole business within the space of six months. That year I was appointed CEO and we embarked upon a profound reorganization.
