Welcome to Lyfe Boost and thank you for listening to my first podcast episode!
Lyfe Boost is about providing alternative health methods for individuals to be successful within their day to day lifestyle. I want to make an impact on the world we live in by providing new perspectives within mental, physical and spiritual health. I have a passion for helping others and making a difference within the world we live in today.
My first podcast episode is with Jason Coulthard; a 23 year old veteran from the Toronto Police Service from Ontario, Canada. He retired due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He nearly lost his life and overcame huge accomplishments as an individual. This individual has been involved on the war on drugs within Canada for 14 years! He explains methods and ways for first responders to get help for their mental health. He is making a difference within the world of emergency services and is passionate on creating positive change for others. He is also the founder of New Hope Field of Dreams.
