In this episode we are continuing our book of Revelation study. In this letter to the church in Thyatira Jesus commends the church's love, faith and service. But He had one thing against them they allowed Jezebel a self-called prophetess to teach his servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.

It's important to note that He did not condemn them for allowing her to teach but for what she taught.

He said He gave her time to repent but she would not. So He would be forced to cast her (the prophetess) into a bed of sickness and those who indulge and teach the same thing into "great tribulation." He goes on to say He would kill her children (her followers) if they don't repent.

There were some however who had not subscribed to her teachings. He would put no other burden on them they should just hold on until he comes.

Many of us have to repent of following Jezebels teachings and some of us just have to hold on and not fall into false doctrine.
