And by age 26 he was a new father of oldest sun Kirby. He also became a professional boxer that very next year. Between ages 15 and 35 held several hats. Including founder and owner of Rich and sons' BBQ Express in Miami Gardens.  he realized how much money he was spending on food in his mobile food business.He says he was roughly spending $1000-$3000 per month on food for his business. And he wondered what if... Just what if he could grow his own chickens and veggies? Most, if not ALL that food cost would be TOTALLY ELIMINATED! Thus a light bulb went OFF.
