Virginia Roberts and Alan Dershowitz are set for a showdown in court due to dueling defamation lawsuits. Virginia has made it known that she plans to testify at the hearing and has stated that she would like to get things going in March. Dershowitz, who has continued to claim that he is innocent, will now get a chance to finally back up all of his talk about evidence once the trial begins.
Discovery is set for November of this year with a trial tentatively to start in March of 23.
