Ghislaine Maxwell has hired Harvey Weinstein's lawyer as she attempts to get her conviction overturned on an appeal. According to reports, the deal comes at the 11th hour after Maxwell finally came to a financial arrangement with her now ex husband Scott Borgerson. According to Maxwell's new lawyer, their strategy willl not revolve around guilt or innocence, but rather the fact that Maxwell was treated poorly while incarcerated and that the Judge made mistakes during her trial.
